CrossFit Clayton classes are designed with the big picture in mind for athletes. They are varied classes, but not random – there is a good reason behind everything we do.

Every CrossFit Clayton Class begins with dynamic range of motion warm up and mobility movements. This is followed by a strength component and/or Metabolic Conditioning workout. This WOD is programmed by our expert staff in order to maximize the athletes fitness results over time.

We track our progress as we work hard toward our individual fitness goals. In order to be better than we were yesterday. The system we use at CrossFit Clayton to track our progress is called WODIFY. All athletes receive an account upon signing up with CFC and we use this tool to aid in better, more individualized coaching.
