We offer many options designed with your fitness goals in mind! After your Introductory Class or Trial Class decide on which Membership plan best works for you.
Step 3 — Foundations
Once you’ve decided on the best Membership option schedule your two Foundations classes with a coach before beginning your fitness journey.
